Mr. Bao has served as our Chief Technology Officer since 2022. As a technical expert in the field of Green Energy, Mr. Bao brings more than 30 years of experience as technical developer and senior manager with notable high-tech companies such as Cisco Systems, Fujitsu Network Communications, and Alcatel Network Systems. With a focus on new technology enabling towards our BESS and solar projects while building new relationships with several key equipment suppliers for our existing projects, he leads the charge of performing due diligence and evaluation for technology licensing and M&A opportunities. Mr. Bao has a strong background in renewable energy for over 2 decades and has established working relationships with leading renewable energy project developers in Asia and matching those projects with global investors mainly from Asia, Europe and the Middle East. This has resulted in successful financings for multiple solar and energy storage projects in the Asia Pacific region. His extensive practical experience includes chip design, manufacturing, system integration, and newest technology assessment for solar, wind, and battery energy storage. He is also adept at identifying technical and business risks and opportunities for new deal flow, identifying sustainable revenue sources, recruiting top engineering talents, and leading low-cost renewable EPC taskforce. Mr. Bao earned a BS in Electrical Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, possessing deep technical expertise with track records of successfully managing complex engineering projects including structuring and negotiating complex technical implementations to bring them to closure with risk mitigations. Mr. Bao's technology development background involves the production and storage of clean and cost-effective power solutions for energy efficiency.
